If those are bulletproof you must live in a very rich area. We have the chargers here, but they're as bulletproof as the material they're made from.

My local police department has Explorers and Tauruses. I don't think they are bulletproof though.

Unless the town/city/county in question has tons of money to upgrade a Dodge.Charger with Kevlar panel inserts and bulletproof windows, sadly? No.

It might appear that way. It depends on what kind of rounds were being fired at the windows. My point is the cost to upgrade these vehicles further than they already have been to make bulletproof is beyond most township or city budgets. @pikminboy

@pikminboy Specialized equipment like riot vans, trailers, SUV’s for SWAT operations will have those kinds of upgrades. But the common patrol car or traffic unit will not.
