They aren't curing it. They're treating the symptoms, fever, respiratory problems etc. Lots of people have other health problems that can be impacted by the virus and those are treated and monitored if needed.

Vaccines are never a cure and only work as a preventative. Some things that have no vaccine, but still have cures like bacterial infection. However, Covid-19 has neither treatment nor vaccine. The human body (for most people) can produce antibodies that stop the replication of the virus. However, in an older patient, or someone with a compromised immune system this process takes longer. It becomes a question of, can the body produce the required antibodies before the virus kills the patient. So what doctors can do is provide palliative care. That means treating the symptoms to give the body more time in fighting the virus. This could include IV fluids, fever reducing medications. Often in the case of Covid-19 breathing becomes the biggest threat, so O2, and possibly a ventilator.

The only reasons are if you're sick enough to require hospitalization (or sometimes medication for other simultaneous illness) or to become part of the record of cases.
It's crazy to go anywhere near a doctor's office or hospital right now if you don't need to.

Doctors are curing it with high doses of vitamin C. Andrew W Saul would be one of them. But you don't hear that on MSM.

People may have previous health conditions that flu symptoms will worsen sometimes severely. Respiratory conditions for example for example, or with store closures/supply shortages, diabetics. Doctors can help patients connect with hidden programs to help them.

@Anonymartyr and eventually some of them do survive and recover right? even though there is no vaccine yet.

@dark548 Sure. I always get sicker with the flu shots than when I do not. Often I do not get sick at all without a flu shot, but I get very sick every time that I did.

There is no real standard treatment yet though some drugs are promising. But with medical support, many people with serious symptoms still recover.

There's no cure for the thousands of other things that ail people either, doesn't mean they just avoid treatment and sit around to die... 🤷♂️
