Yes it is. Apparently immunity from having it does not last long so you can be reinfected.
Edit: I just looked and that report said they were unsure if that was infection of the second strain or re-emergence of original symptoms.

@curiosi Yeah I saw someone say that you can catch it again, then he followed it up by being like "You can catch the flu over and over again" which was just, completely false logic as it's different strains.
