Everyone hates me and I hate myself too

I was so depressed not even so long ago . I was combative af. I hated everyone and everything because no matter what I did no one understood me. I had to stop caring and understand myself. I wasn’t right in the head.

I learned that you can’t punish yourself forever for someone else being a pos. I was fucked for years because of trauma and evil rapist bastards. I agree with you about meds. You have to decide to take your power back. There are good people too. I hope you feel better.
