Dieiting is hard because I wanna eat everything under the sun.

I'm trying so hard to keep it between 1,000 and 1,500 calories a day but I keep wanting to eat everything

That's a hard regimen. I found it a little difficult when my doctor told me NO white stuff in my diet. No sugar, no white refined flour, no white rice no white potatoes...olive oil instead of butter...VERY rough while I cleaned out all the bad things from my cupboards and substituted brown everything...but guess what? After you detox, (2-3 weeks), and stop eating refined everything, you're not so hungry.

You can save calories, too, by buying vegan burgers and vegan sausage. Oat nut bread...and coconut milk. ALL are fewer calories than the real thing.

Don't forget the unlimiteds, too. Raw celery uses more calories to chew than it contains, for example. Iceberg lettuce is only 50 calories for an entire head...and that can be served with just balsamic vinegar...no oil

Finally, apple cider vinegar is supposed to kill your appetite when you want to eat everything in sight.

Eat a small amount of protein...like a hard boiled egg...if you are just starving. I had two eggs for breakfast today, with chopped green onions and Daiya cheddar cheese, which is only 60 calories a slice.

Flavored water helps. Ginger, orange, lemon are some options.
