Not if you get more depressed. Some people aren't going to understand your pain, or care. A few can be insensitive. Most are good hearted with sincere intentions. Limit your time here or seek out those who most help you.

There are others here who are also depressed so it can help to connect and share insights with others. So yeah, it might be a good place. I dunno.
