How easy it is for people who did not go through something to tell a person who did to leave the past in the past

Probably really easy. If they were informed they would know that that's not how it always works...

I struggle with this every day...

Everyone I know has an easier time forgetting and living in the moment because they're not carrying the pains of yesterday with them.

It seems too few could understand how I feel. Even those directly involved with the moments I'm afflicted with just have a totally different way of living.

Perspectives are what make us unique. But I wish more could see the way I do...
