How do u feel right now physically mentally or emotionally ?

Sad. My boyfriend let someone hurt me then called me an asshole in front of his family . He is the asshole.

Physically I feel pretty good.....mentally and emotionally I’m a bit run down.

Mentally and emotionally I’m doing ok but I’ve been busy doing things around the house so physically I’m tired.

Restless hopeless confused impatient. But I’m listening to relaxing music and trying to snap out of it
