@Curiousguy833 Yes 100%. I've been a homeless drug addict. Prison at 15 years old and a complete delinquent. Then I married for 25 years and have 2 beautiful grown up kids and my life has very very long since changed. Keeping fit and healthy just keeps the mind healthy to and from ever straying back to old negative ways. Not that I ever would now anyway.
