No, when the devil or demons posses they do it in a way few recognize. They will not stand out like someone ill. And they have a purpose to possessing the person.

I believe that yes there are demonic possessions and also there are crazy and delusional people.

Some can also hear and see "angels". These people you refer to are called schizophrenics. They can't tell physical reality apart from their own thoughts. Some might not be crazy, they might actually see something. But it's safe to assume theyre mentally ill..
