Most companies don't mail out W2's until the end of january, plus the IRS usually doesn't start processing returns until mid february due to that practice. My great aunt retired from the Portland IRS branch as an auditor in the 80's and told me this.

Refund............I haven't even received any of my W2's yet. Don't expect them for a few more weeks.

Nope, just got my W-2 and still waiting on a few other forms. I usually don't file until the end of February.
