How many hours of sleep do you get ?

we ALL need a god solid 8, asleep. not including the tossing and turning part
it is esential
anything that prevents it is NOT your ally

Way too many and I am still sleepy

It varies ,I sleep in the day ,so some days I can sleep all day
but as a rule its 5 hours and then naps here and there

Lately, about 4. It'sbeen brutal
