Is it more surprising to you nowadays if people don't have tattoos?

Educated people in general have less tattoos than society in general.

No. What I find surprising is how many people get highly vissable tatoos rather than just the one rebellious tatoo.

It does seem more people have them and in more conspicuous places... like on neck, hands, and face.
