What was the most out of character concert you've ever been to? Did you have fun?

I went to see Kane Brown a while back.....I didn't enjoy it at all. It just sounded like the backstreet boys singing with Bon Jovi's band
Back in the late 70's Diana Ross, the acoustics were terrible, she seemed totally out of touch with the audience having nothing of value to say.

Her voice was thin and stringy, almost strained, She has NO chaisma, probably a great lady but a terrible o stage performer.

Several others mentioned the same kinds of things as the were leaving.

On an opposite not Neil Diamond captured his audience from the first song until the end.

He has a wonderful energy and truly appears to love his audience, I would LOE to see him again.

@Grateful4you wow! I've heard Neil diamond was a champ on stage....I always figured Diana Ross would be a spectacle. That's interesting

Years ago my nephew was in high school and asked me to take him to see Green Day (I was a cool Uncle!). I thought "sure kid"...I'll just get a drink and hang in the back...they were amazing - not a stadium band like they are now...but just a good solid rock/punk band...this was the mid 90's, early 00's?....blew me away!

@luctoretemergo Nice....I went to see collective soul a few years ago, just for something to do. Now, I'll go see them anytime they're around

That’s a band I’d go see too! @Notanymore

@luctoretemergo I wasn't even a fan until I went. They're seriously as tight of an act as anyone else I've seen

I took my mom to see Neil Diamond years ago. That’s not necessarily a show I would have gone to on my own, but she had an absolute blast and still talks about it years later. It’s a great memory.
