So all the people whose Appendex bursted.... hundreds of even thousands of years ago... died ? 馃馃馃馃

Then some of you should be dead right now...

I'm 57 in a little while. My brother turned 60 this year. First direct blood make antecedent of ours to do so to our knowledge, at least from 1819 anyway.
Chances are if I was my parents generation or their parents I'd be dead by now.
When was the best time to be alive? Despite all its problems now looks the best to me
Even the simple act of not washing one鈥檚 hands could kill a person, too.

I鈥檇 be so done for if germ theory hadn鈥檛 been brought to light before my Cheeto finger licking session.

I don鈥檛 think people were that unhealthy at that time. They mostly died of natural calamities like, flood, earthquake, famine or animal attack. Bad health is today鈥檚 lifestyle generated thing.

My father's appendix burst when he was a teen back in the 1930s. They didn't have much in the way of antibiotics back then but he recovered completely.
