It recently passed so by next year I’m hoping to be well settled in the house I’m trying to buy (which is taking ages ‘cause banks are way more wary since the market crash.) To have my head on straight again, to be over the onslaught of insanity that’s came at me from every direction this past couple of years. To have a new job.

I've asked for a weekend alone in a hotel room. The whole bed to myself. The remote all to myself. Sleeping in. Room service. No phone calls. No kids with fires to put out. Silence. And lots of gummy bears.
