Does he think Im too young for him?

Heres my initial question from last semester:

Tonight was the first night back for work... and once he realized i was working he would come over and start up convos.. whatever casual... he was being his normal wise ass self when we were all cleaning up and he said something ..so i jokingly flipped him off... and he said “i want a great job from you especially kid” ugh why... that word... does that mean he sees me as a kid

Well, you did flip him off. That might not be the best thing to do if you like him.

Why would you try to hide the fact that you like him if you want him to talk to you and ask you out? Don't you think that's counter-productive? Well, it is, regardless of what you think. Be friendly towards him. Engage him in conversation. Be nice to him. See how he responds.
