When I try to delete old PMs, it says do you want to archive them. No, I want them gone. How can I delete them? Where is this archive ??

Those little bars, Mickey, next to your profile picture, then go onto account settings and you'll see archived messages near to the bottom of the list.

in your account settings: https://similarworlds.com/settings-account

scroll to the bottom, click archived messages. there you will open the conversation and delete forever.
