Excellent movie.....dangerous to watch though because it could lead to a Robin Williams binge that wraps up a month later with teary eyes as the end credits to "Jack" start.

I recall loving this movie at the time. I was a Robin Williams fan, and I just thought the movie was clever. I'm not saying I would feel the same way now. I know how our perspectives can change. I feel like Dead Poets was a film that would stand the test of time, but it's been forever since I watched it. I'm not sure.

I’ve seen it a couple of times over the years.

The first time I was bowled over. Later, the fact that it was well-written, well-acted and well-directed didn’t change, but I saw a darker side. Or I changed.
