Did you see the 2005 movie Kinky Boots? The company that made specials heels and boots for trans is still in business, although they no longer make boots.

I wonder if they might have some specialty heels designed for your foot and your weight? In the movie, they designed a special steel support shank inside the shoe to hold more weight.
