Is it weird that I as a woman prefer working for a female boss?
A lot of women say they prefer a male boss, but I actually prefer a female one.

That's the weird thing about management. You ask a hundred people what makes a great boss, and you'll get a hundred slightly different answers. We all have our preferences.
I'm just curious to know where it comes from. I've had both male and female bosses and they were all pretty distinctly different from each other. I can't say there's a hallmark male or female leadership style. I don't think I can call it weird without understanding why

@WendyLopez43 That makes sense. You're looking for a more open and relatable boss. Male bosses may tend to be too closed off or business oriented

working for the samesex boss has a lot of advantages. one thing is sure ,,,if you get irritated and annoyed by his yelling ,you can yell back...which cannot happen in heterosex bosses ...
