Can you please give me suggestions?
Apparently there is no record of my transcripts and no one is giving me answers. What can I do? I am so overwhelmed this has been going on for months of me trying to locate my transcripts.

Hmm, what a crappy situation. I hate to say it, but maybe taking legal action is the way to go. Someone's responsible for your transcripts being lost and it's not you.
