It is. He sent it to me on snap. He cannot swim. So when he sent it my heart stopped. A cop had the person in a small life boat. And the cop just stopped. And he said what happened is a terrible tragedy.

I'm sure that is very hard for him to deal with. I am sorry for you both and the drowning victim.
