ok some bad news and some good news

found out why i did't get my QST (Quebec Sales Tax credit ) 74 $ this month , i didn't send in my Quebec income tax , i did Federal Canada by phone and thought good i did my taxes but it didn't include Quebec Taxes Grrrr ! and the other missing check Shelter allowance for 80 $ that got delivered to someone else in Oct 2017 and was cashed in by another person is finally gonna be sent to me in 3 months , i know another 3 months after waiting from 2018 cause i just got a phone then
