There's a shower lotion, jergens brand I think, it's meant to be applied in the shower and rinsed off. I find it helps if I put it on my hands every time I wash them. Maybe give that a shot?

Coconut oil and turmeic mixture overnight.. It'll stain your hands and sheets a bit but it good for healing skin

Salt or sugar scrubs followed by a good lotion really made a difference for me.
