Can you suggest anything I havent already tried for my extremely dry hands?

I have to constantly keep balms and lotion on or they crack open. Some lotions have more alcohol than others so there are only certain ones I can use.

There's a shower lotion, jergens brand I think, it's meant to be applied in the shower and rinsed off. I find it helps if I put it on my hands every time I wash them. Maybe give that a shot?

have you tried coconut oil?

do you expose your hands to a lot of detergents and/or warm/hot water?

you might want to try getting more omega 3 in your diet.

Coconut oil and turmeic mixture overnight.. It'll stain your hands and sheets a bit but it good for healing skin

Salt or sugar scrubs followed by a good lotion really made a difference for me.
