If I had a chancebto kill him then maybe I would have a chance to change him.

Yes, I'm afraid so. If you know the future of a child and that future is inevitable then that child takes on the crimes of its future self. Unless, of course, you can change that future but you didn't mention that as an option. So given that his future was inevitable, the world would be better served without him in my opinion.
Hitler is the personification of the evil of the Nazi Party in Germany, but he was not the full force of those who brought him to power and then made him a dictator; he had relatively little education and no significant amount of money, nor did he have aristocratic family or connections. He did not create the Treaty of Versailles. Those who brought him to power would simply have found another cooperative charismatic demagogue.

@greenmountaingal Hitler was funded by powerful people who would rather not be exposed, including some in the US.
@greenmountaingal yes. The appeasers we're not weak willed people giving in to a strongman. They were actively supporting Hitler. Funny how that has all been turned around in propaganda.
If it's a baby we're talking, it hasn't done anything wrong. But there's also another truth; that the world is living a lot better off today thanks to the chaos he created. Yes, he murdered millions of innocent lives, that's unforgivable, but that event will be remembered forever in the history of society, helping us remember why peace is needed to be maintained and how it leads to gruesome acts like that.
No. In spite of all the potential lives saved, A. It is a baby who has done nothing. B. What would history be like and where would we be? It could be argued that an even worse evil would step into his place. Seems like a can of worms that won't catch fish.

An interesting premise. You should read time after time by Ben Elton. Brilliant book on the topic of having time travel and going back to correct the wrongs of the past.
No...I couldn’t kill a child regardless. If I thought he might grow up to hate I’d try to be a source of love, someone he could rely on so that maybe that seed would be planted instead.
