Have you ever had to change your order due to the person taking your order not understanding you?

Just happened at McDonalds. I wanted the McExtreme bacon burger but the lady wasn't understanding me. I tried twice but gave up and got a McDouble instead. I've been here awhile but have retained my original Finnish accent.

Around here a lot of the people in the service industry are of Mexican descent and have thick accents so my problem is usually not understanding them, rather than the other way around. But it does still cause confusion with my orders sometimes.

I couldnt even get a spoon and fork when at a restaurant in china once time cause no one could understand what i was asking for

That’s why kiosk ordering at any of those types of places is always preferable. I never screw up my own order.
