I just picked this Zucchini from outside my garden

We had big courgettes too, and we learned that they shouldn't grow so much, or they become almost tasteless, full of water (that will evaporate when you cook). Better pick them up when they're about 20 centimeters long.

Zucchini has a way of sneaking up on you and growing very fast. Best to pick it a bit earlier. Sometimes it hides under the leaves. It looks very healthy and still edible though. Happy eating!

Second what Sharky said. Plus the bigger they get the bigger the seeds get which is kinda unpleasant.

@SW-User I didn’t know this thing was growing until this morning when I was water it. I look at them evrryday for fruit, but just wasn’t seeing it. It’s like thing popped up that big over night.
