If im able to finally buy a house when I'm about 45-50, would that be dumb of me?
Since I'd be more than half done with my life. I'm sure I won't live to be 80 or 90

Yeah at least with my own place, I know I could have yard sales, grow my own weed to save money. Grow my own garden. There's so many benifits

God I know!. Plus, let's say a place in my area for rent that's 600.00 a month, might only cost me 350.00 a month if I were to own it

Depends on if you are buying up front it on 30 year mortgage. I'd probably also just save up and wait for another housing bubble burst. It's coming.
