College attempt 1, I voluntarily withdrew one of the semesters of sophomore year due to mental health issues after a couple friends died; junior year I had other health issues and had to drop out 2nd semester because I was already on academic probation due to health issues first semester.

Once in high school. Was not my fault, but someone else claimed it was, and I got a 3-day suspension for a prank they pulled. The mother fucker ended up in jail later in life, for being a con artist.
