In china do they require every citizen to pick up at least 3 pieces of trash a day?
I wonder, hope so and think it should go global.

@easterniowegin I agree a law based requirement isn't necessarily going to work; but in china every citizen is "required" really given the opportunity to and requested to plant at least 2 trees a year. I don't think it is law but is a strong recommendation.
