It is a local récipe or kind of.
It´s made of Agarroba flowr and syrup with a touch of honney.

The taste is a bit like the honney and ginger biscuits.
Though I have no strong dietary restrictions, it helps that the récipe don´t require eggs, butter and neither refined sugar.
