I hope you're kidding... If anything, it would be a 2 hour long episode of Comic Artist Pro Secrets. The structure would be awful, the story would be lost in the inane miserable ramblings of attacking everything from the antagonists shoes, to the way they hold their toothbrush, and would be the perfect example of the mind of some fuckboi, hater who can't get their shit together, but thinks ripping off the Ninja Turtles is art with integrity.

Rotten Tomatoes is just the hub for critics. The scores are an average score of the hundreds of reviews that people submit. It isn't like the people running RT decide what makes a good film lol
