How to calm down?

Talking about your issue with a close friend or family member (or even stranger on here!) and figuring out a solution.

Taking 10 deep breaths to slow down your heart rate. When you're angry your heart tends to beat faster.

Breathing exercises. Just breathe in deep & let it out a few times. It’ll slow down your heart rate thus calming you down
Sit quietly listening to your deep breaths with eyes closed
