twocansandstring.com is small, but the Q&A is somewhat similar to SW's questions, except everything is 100% anonymous, and answerers cannot see each other's responses.
As you might imagine, people are way more outspoken and hostile on there.
There is a forum as well, but the main feature of the site is the Q&A.

Yahoo Answers. Its actually the original format that created sites such as this. It was awesome, and I didn't think anything was better.
But when I came across EP, it totally surpassed even Yahoo. So yeah. Yahoo is still a good choice. 🙂
