If an interview is set for an hour, and the questions and answers last 35 min, is it up to you to make it longer as the job seeker?

Aftee the 35 minutes we were just talking about diff topics like traveling, what the team was like, past experiences, etc. I felt like that could be a good sign but the fact they didnt give me a definitive answer on when they are going to make a decision, and didnt give me their email if i had questions, ,was a little discouraging

It was another test to see how well you communicate. They want your questions during the interview, not after.

And i did those things

@MntoNc If you really want to impress the interviewer, write a hand written letter thanking them for their time and send it snail mail.

How many questions did you ask? Did you ask them why should you work for them, What do i expect from the company - reverse the questions and put them on notice

@nedkelly i asked them how long theyve been working together, what thr training process is like, what to expect someone for someone in the banking industry to get into the medical device industry, and another question, I forgot. But they turned in to conversations

@MntoNc A rapport is often very handy

They probably are interviewing others and will get together and discuss applicants and make a decision...

@cherokeepatti apparently i might be the first one they interviewed according to the security guy. He said he didnt remember any one else interviewing for the role i did
