My boyfriend isn't too keen on me staying in England What do I do?

So a couple weeks ago I told my boyfriend that I was thinking about moving to England but she was confused and asked why. Then I said, "Well my mom lives there and she invited me." Then he said, "Well...she walked out on you guys. What makes you so sure she wants you to stay there? She only thinks of herself from what I heard." Why does everyone keep saying that. Then we got into a huge argument because he thinks I'm trying to set him up and dump him. I wasn't even. I told him we can have a long distance if I decided to stay there. He said he doesn't know about that. He said of I chose to do it and he'll get on with his life! We had another argument the day before the graduation. He took it literally. I'm in England now. He said he'll stick around with me but not forever. Everyone kept saying I'm making a huge mistake staying. My dad is against me staying here with my mom since she abandoned us but I'm 18 and can't stop me.

Not sure what you want from these posts.

Your mother apparently is a horrible human being, who doesn't want you but yet for some reason you want to move to England and live with her. Everyone in your life says this is a profoundly stupid idea. Everyone I have seen gives you advice on here says the same thing.

What are you expecting us to say? That suddenly this is now a great idea? Nope sorry, still a dumpster fire of an idea.

@MotherlessDaughter01 So stay and see what happens, just don't expect your BF to wait for you. I am guessing he/she didn't sign up for that.

I don't find anything wrong in his thinking. And, I've little to no respect for those women and men who abandoned their kids at a young age.

@Pherick she's trolling I think.

I’m puzzled - how can your boyfriend be female ?
Pherick · 41-45, M
@MissTaken The pronouns do change in there a few times :)

@Pherick I can only assume the standard of education in the US is in decline

Long term relationships never work to be realistic, it's half a relationship at best. Don't know the details but you'd have to start your entire life again in a new place which is harder than it sounds, can take years. Bare it in mind anyway.

Do you whatever you want to do and only be around people who will support that.

Didn't you make another post saying your mother was dead?
