I am sure if we all went to a therapist, we'd all be on some kind of list there.

@ButterRobot I don't know, but there's a town north of where I live that has high rates of mental illness. But what got my attention was a cousin of mine moved there and she was perfectly sane and she had a nervous breakdown within a year of moving there.

you hear terrible stories sometimes - towns built on old mines, local polluting industry...only takes trace amounts of various chemicals to destroy a central nervous system
