How come some people have a problem having a gap between their two front teeth?

I think they're cute!! Some people can really rock it. Demi Lovato used to have a gap, but I was so sad that she doesn't have it anymore. I'll be honest. It makes me sad when people get ride of what makes the unique. If you gap tooth, keep it! It looks cute! Even Hayley Williams from Paramore has them. My best friend is gap tooth and she HATES them. I told her, "I think it's cute. Gap tooth people look very cute. I wish I was gap toothed. I really do. I'm trying to get one on purpose!

id say it depends on the person. i have a gap cause by my general habit of sucking on stuff, but its not like a massive gap. i had no issues with it. if it was like, a wicked big gap then id see it as a problem
