I just realized that I have been lying to myself for so long i started to believe it

As much as I don't want to admit it I do need love in my life I do need to find a guy who's gonna love me for me and not use me I have bad taste in men I always get screwed over in the end how am I supposed to find a guy who has no intention of using me or just sleeping with me you know I wonder if my mother went through something like this with my father

I deliberately date dangerous or dodgy men 1.because I know what I'm getting 2.because I can be an ass hole and I wouldn't want to inflict that on a "nice" guy 3.because "nice" guys can hurt you too even if it's an accident.

Besides there's no "good and bad" there's only grey. You have to weigh up what you want and accept nobody is perfect, fairytale love is for fairytales and be your own night in shining armour.

I don't know what your mother taught you but that's what mine taught me.

@KaiserSolze she never taught me shit about this tbh I was naturally smart as a kid I already knew stuff others required to be taught by parents but in my adult years all of that seems to vanish
