Do you have control over who or what you think about?

I mean it's easy to say yes. But if you're really feeling someone it can be very difficult for real.

Sometimes I do think about things I rather not. I don't get upset about it. It happens I don't obsess over it. If it's something I shouldn't be thinking about I'll try to do things to occupy my mind so I don't think about it.
