Whipped my ass on the bike today riding 34 miles. That’s the farthest I’ve ever ridden so far. Feels good. 😊 now I can just relax and let the calories

@MrAboo You can Youtube it just adjusting the seat and handle bars should go a long way.

The stem sticks out to the handle bars I think about 4 inches. I’ve seen on YouTube a lot of the riders have a shorter or no stem. I’ll look into it on YouTube. Thanks for the advice
