Yes. Sometimes it takes more effort. If there is will there is a way. When you really want something you will seek and catch all the chances. And when you don't see them, you'll automatically create the conditions for a new chance to pop in your life. When it does, seize it. Life is too short to settle for less than what your soul can't live without.

It would seriously depend on who the person is was and what they did (and did again) to get to that point...I am a firm believer in the "three strikes and you're out" scenario though. Most people are lucky to get a second chance depending on the severity of the offense, so IF they are given a third chance they'd best not blow that one because it would be final.
