Is having no insurance worth dying over?

In the last year my grandma has had 3 separate mini heart attacks and never went to the hospital for them, and the only thing she has changed in her life was take an aspirin every other day. I came down stairs to go to the bathroom and i see she feel asleep in her chair, witch never happens, and the way she was laying in it made her lip look all saggy. So i was of course dead ass conviced she has a stroke and i was screaming in her face and shaking her with no response so after a min of yelling i called 911. I kept yelling until she woke up a little and she said she took a prescribe sleeping pill and had 6 beers. The ambulance came and since she could move her feet and hands they said it wasn’t a stroke but they wanted to take her and she said no. I layed in her bed with her until she feel asleep but she told me that she’ll either die or live tell 62 to get SS (witch is 3 years away) i know the hospital isn’t cheep but isn’t it worth being in debt if it means you can live?
That is heart breaking.
but I don't know what the right answer is. Debt made me wish I was dead.
