what do you think about fasting ?

@Nimbus Yet a lot of evangelical xtian sects encourage or demand it, an uncle of mine belonged to one such church and fasted every friday night into saturday night.

@Nimbus its only 1 month in the year ,also its not 24 hours a day..only for few hours but it has a great benfits on our bodies,it really healthy..also for christians they also have fasting days but its different ..as they could drink water ,they could eat light food

@exita Yes, I can see the health benefits by ridding oneself of toxins.

@Nimbus What toxins ? Its all a bunch on BS - Just eat the right things in moderation. And dont drink or do drugs and you should be good.
