Why do some feel the need to point out that im missing teeth?
I know I am. Especially in the front right. Theres 3 missing in a row. I bet they're trying to make me feel bad.

Well it is part of the facial appearance and always noticeable . Get a temporary partial or just get them fixed .

It's probably because they're curious about what happened to the missing teeth. It's likely not usually meant maliciously.
