Have you had an X Ray , it will tell you what's wrong, if you had a fall a short while ago, you may have damaged it....

if you had a fall and the pain started right after, thats something to see a doctor about . . . going by what people say here probably isnt a good idea

I'd make an appointment to see a chiropractor. Maybe just an adjustment (snap, crackle, pop) will fix it.
See a doc. They get paid the big bucks to answer questions like that.
