How to resist a bad habit?
I haven't smoked for 7 days now, I've always done it on and off. But now I'm ready to quit! Mainly for health and vanity! I read that smokers develop more wrinkles, that is due to lack of oxygen circulation, obviously yellow teeth and that's just the outside. More damage is done on the inside! What are good hobbies to replace with bad ones? I guess I want to develop self control and drink and smoke only on holidays and birthdays lol..... I got the controlling the drinking part 3 years ago I almost turned into an alcoholic! But thank goodness I learned how to stop!
