Has that ever happen to you? It happen to me twice years back but never again tho the scary part was upon waking up and seeing the door open while it was dark 馃槅 I gave it my all to move In case something pops xD

Sleep paralysis is your brain not entirely realising you are awake and one cool trick i taught myself was not to try and move but instead try and tense all your muscles as hard as you can and then release it. i'm not entirely sure how it works but it does for me. i think it works like a sort of nerve reset. next time it happens give it a try.
