You can't be taught this. Your heart will just take its own directions. Listen to the lessons you find along the way. And absorb them in your personality.

If you are talking about getting attached,online, it is easy. All you have to do is realize that most people online (especially on this site) are fake and even the ones that are more real,usually,only show what they want you to see online. There is no real way to know,honestly, if you are dealing with a genuine person or not. So there is no reason to trust a stranger online. Without trust it is harder to get attached.
